Final versions of accepted papers are due on March 1, 2000 Please send in the final version of your paper as soon as possible in order to get proper feedback about your paper's format.

All papers accepted for presentation in the WWW9 Refereed Paper Track will be included on a CD-ROM produced by Foretec Seminars, Inc. and will also be posted on the WWW9 web site (http://www9.org). In order to facilitate publication on the web site and to maintain a consistent look to these documents, all papers must be submitted in html format and adhere to the following guidelines:

- Do not specify parameters such as background color, font sizes, margins, etc. All special formating codes will be removed.
- Do not use double columns or other layout formatting. All papers will be converted to a simple single-column layout.
- Complicated equations and codes should be rendered into an image file (.jpg or .gif).
Please use the following html tags in the html source of your paper:
- H1 and H2 - TITLE (select tag relative to the length of your paper title)
- H3, H4 and H5 - Names of sections
- H6 - Names of author(s) (under the title)
- H6 CLASS=CAPTION - Captions (under images)
- P - New paragraph will begin with an indent
- UL/OL/DL - Listings
The maximum number of pages for the paper is twenty (20) printable pages when printed from a standard browser (Netscape, Internet Explorer) using the html style sheet provided. Please adhere to the following layout order when writing your papers:

Graphics
- Accepted image formats include: EPS, TIFF, JPEG, and GIFs
- Image formats accepted are: EPS, TIFF, JPEG, and GIFs and should be saved at a minimum of 300 dpi to avoid reproduction problems.
- All images should be centered.
- Captions should follow immediately after the image (use "H6 CLASS=CAPTION" tags for this).
- Leave one blank line before and after each image (including the caption)
